Service Description
Put together your menu individually. Choose your desired course from each category. Starter : • Smoked goose breast on lettuce with pumpkin seed oil vinaigrette • Lettuce with bacon and croutons in potato dressing / vegan without bacon • Wintery leaf salads with black nuts and juicy fried tofu slices / vegan • Cream soup with pumpkin and shrimps / vegan without shrimps • Marann soup garnished with winter cress Main course : • Crispy fried duck leg glazed with honey, red cabbage and potato dumplings • Roast pork crust baked in the oven with baked fruit and mashed potatoes • Grilled Dry Age Beef Tomahawk with winter vegetables and rosemary potatoes • Golden baked pike perch fillet with boiled potatoes and leaf spinach • Creamy tagliatelle with fresh truffles / vegan ( Supplements are just a suggestion from us. Can be changed on request) Dessert: • Homemade cinnamon parfait with plum ragout • Fondant au Chocolat/ with fresh fruit and vanilla ice cream • Homemade tiramisu on wild berry puree The drinks are charged separately. Bottle prices apply to wines. Alternative drinks flat rate: 3 hours per person: 40€ 3 hours including long drinks per person: 45€ Each additional hour will be charged an additional €10 per person. Minimum group size: 15 people. For smaller groups by arrangement.
